Carissa Waechter is determined to bake the perfect loaf of bread each day. She passionately bakes each loaf in a wood-burning oven milled from her own flour made from locally-grown wheat on Long Island. 

This logo was created for Carissa with a nod to a flour-scoured surface. Tags and packaging were designed with a polished, handmade look in mind. Each loaf is labeled daily by the baker with a library stamp to indicate freshness.
